We are pleased to announce that the COST TU1004 Action is organizing Training School on Modelling Public Transport Passenger Flows in the Era of Intelligent Transport Systems, which will be held in the city of Volos, Greece on 05-08 May 2014.

Almost 60 trainees will have the opportunity to participate and gain knowledge and expertise on modeling transit demand – supply and assignment, as affected by the Intelligent Transport Systems.

Eligible trainees are those who are currently attending a graduate course on transportation engineering and/or planning or have recently completed one (last 3 years), with basic knowledge of VISUM software. Selection of the eligible applicants will be based on their qualifications. As there is a limited capacity, priority will be given to the earlier applications received.
