The University of Luxembourg is pleased to announce the launch of two new Master curricula that will be offered from the next academic year 2014-2015:

–  Master of Science in Engineering – Sustainable Product Creation (académique)

The Master of Science in Engineering – Sustainable Product Creation provides engineering students with a comprehensive understanding of all relevant aspects of the product creation process. The courses cover market segment definition, product designing and calculation, product manufacturing and product recycling and re-use. The classes include all aspects of sustainable product creation and have an interdisciplinary scope with mechanical and electrical know how.

–  Master of Science in Civil Engineering – Megastructure Engineering with Sustainable Resources (académique)

The Master of Science in Civil Engineering educates, not only the general Civil Engineer, but also has a focus on planning and construction of megastructures with the sustainable use of resources. The theme “sustainability” is increasingly important and the well-trained modern civil engineer must be able to judge and optimise civil structures and buildings in the context of the growing shortness of construction materials and energy resources. It is this focus on both themes, megastructures and sustainability, which sets us apart from other masters of civil engineering.
